The Flexi Loop is designed to be processed with the road surface (no cutting required)! The Flexi-Loop is also easy to fix in a sawcut, specially when a higher reliability is needed. Therefore the cornermarkers has to be dismounted before.

In the first step the loop has to be fixed on the subgrade. In the second step the loop is covered by the road surface material!

phase 1:


	Lay down the Flexi Loop to the spot where it should be placed finaly.Pay attention to keep the minimum distance to metallical objects like steal amoring (at least 25 cm) and that the feeder is heading to the needed direction..


	Mount the first fixation to the desired corner, use the loop to locate the 2nd and 3rd fixation to the corner marker..


	Pay attention that the loop fits thight to the fixations and mount the last fixation. Stretch the loop over the fixations (like a rubberband).


	phase 2:

	Cover the loop with the surface material manualy. Handle the loop carefully.

	Finish the surface of the loop area like the hole drivinglane. Finaly the loop should be covered more than 2 cm and less than 15 cm under the surface.
